Mousa Al Mosawy
Project Manager and Youth Coordinator; Iraq Health Aid Organization (IHAO)
Mr. Mosawy serves as Project Manager and Youth Coordinator for the Iraq Health Aid Organization (IHAO) headquartered in Baghdad, Iraq. He managed Operation Save for IHAO, a USAID funded MARLA project to help Iraqis injured during the war get access to needed care. Earlier, he was the innovator of First Aid Link at IHAO for which he was recognized as an Ambassador for Peace by the We Family Foundation.
Mr. Mosawy was a participant in the first ever World Bank Youth Summit in 2013 and selected as a speaker for the 7th annual UNESCO Youth Summit in 2011. He was twice selected to represent Global Change Makers – in 2009 at the Youth Summit in London and again at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland in 2010. That same year, he was selected to speak at TEDxTeen for his distinguished accomplishments as a teen activist.
Mr. Mosawy is a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Boston with a BS in Finance.
